F250 hydraulic clutch cylinder

I have an 89 F250 with the heavy duty 5 speed manual transmission. the hydraulic clutch requires a spoon full of oil every 3 weeks. i think the slave cylinder under truck must be bad. does anyone know if this can be changed out woithout dropping the transmission. still cold here, i have not looked closely.

Re: F250 hydraulic clutch cylinder

It can be changed out very easily without dropping the transmission.
