Ok i followed my manuals instructions to adjust my idle (its been at about 1k for a few days now) and i grounded the 2 places it says to and i go to adjust it and it does nothing. It "surges", Its also been surging at stoplights. Whats this from and how do i fix it. I see alot on the faq but can some1 please explain it 2 me?

IT doesnt change the idle speed when you adjust the BISS screw? Pull that screw out and replace the oring. Also, unplug the ISC and test that. The procedures are in the manual, on vfaq.com, and there is some additional info at www.crebotech.com, if I got the URL right.
