Those power ratings are based on new(in 1994/95), stock, flywheel numbers.

I've heard/seen average, daily driven, '95s chassis dyno between 160hp/220tq to 177hp/245tq depending on how well maintained the car was.

I found a hp calculator on a site and it gives an answer based on 1/4 mile time, weight, and gear ratio. On the door it says the GVWR is around 4850. I was wondering if that is the car's weight or the towing capacity? I cant remember the difference in the names.

What is the Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR)?
Simply put, it's how much weight your vehicle is designed to carry. The GVWR includes the net weight of the vehicle, plus the weight of passengers, fuel, cargo and any accessories added to the vehicle after purchase. The GVWR is a safety standard used to prevent overloading.

You do not have to include the weight of your trailer into your vehicle's GVWR. However, you must consider the weight the load will put on your vehicle's trailer hitch or 5th wheel. The weight exerted on the hitch forms part of the load of the towing vehicle and should be included as part of the towing vehicle's load.

If you go run the 1/4 mile, the track should have scales to weigh your car. Most '94-'97 V-8 MN-12s weight between 3660 and 4006, depending on options, amount of gasoline in tank and whether the driver was in the car.
