just installed my AEM v2
i just got done installing the AEM v2 intake on my 94 Si, i didnt know i would have to take off the front right wheel and all, but oh well. it makes the engine sound pretty nice, cant say i notice too much power gains but it is just an intake...

i didn't know you had to take out the right tire to install an aem v2.

yeah to remove some stupid shit... but anyways... i know pretty much nothing about working on engines so it took me about 2 hours to install and (or) uninstall all the shit that AEM required in its fairly shitty installation instructions

You don't HAVE to take the wheel off, but it makes it a lot easier. I did it without taking the wheel off. But yes, you have to do that to install any intake because you have to take out the stock resonator. And I agree, the instructions that AEM sent did suck for our cars. My friend got one for his Tiburon GT and the instructions were awesome. Oh well, at least it's not difficult to figure out.

yeah im definatly no mechanic and the instructions would just be like "take off the passenger side front wheel and remove the resonator..." oh well i got it done and my car sounds a little bit less ricey i think
