steering wheel stereo controls bulb out...

anyone have an idea as to how i can go about changing the bulb for one of my controls in the steering wheel? i have the PROG and SEEK buttons on the left, and the MUTE and VOLUME controls on the right, the PROG bulb is out so only 3 of the 4 controls lights up at night, kinda crappy. anyone happen to know how to take these controls apart to change the bulb? i cant figure out how to get them out, i cant even figure out how to get the steering wheel off (the air bag doesnt help much). any help or advice here would be greatly appreciated. thanks. by the way, its a 2000 blazer lt 4x4 w/the stock cd player.
