Exclamation AEM CAI troubles

hey guys, i got an AEM CAI for my '94 Honda Accord EX but the directions suck ass. I don't know what i'm doing. If you guys know of any good online installation manuals or guides, please, let me know. I'd appreciate it. Thnx.

well, not exactly. if anyone knows what i'm talking, there is a double row of metal tubes (with rubber tubes connected to em on both sides) that is attached to the fire wall on the far side of the engine. which of the 4 ends do i plug up with the plastic cap provided? my car is idleing kinda weird. for instance, it takes a good 15 mins for it to warm up to 750rpm in 90°F heat. also, like when i pull up to a stop light and stop, the rpm will stay at 1500 until i wait like 15 secs, and it'll go down to 750. it doesn't do it right away like almost every other car. thnx for your help. I have detailed and high-res pics of my intake if it'll help anybody. thnx.
