89 supra wont start

I have found an 89 supra 700 cash. It will not crank what are the possible causes? great body is it worth 700 anyways. What do engines run for these cars?

bad/dead battery, bad starter, or a loose connection inbetween the two.. what does it do when you try start it?

if its complete and the body is in good shape its easily worth $700.. engines are pretty easy to come by, and arent that expensive but it depends on where you live

CLICK!!some times it clicks twice, but after it does i loose all the power to my acc. for a couple seconds and then they come back also i hooked the battery in backwards first it would try to crank then but with no acc. also a clicking comes from what sounds like under the dash on the passenger side it kind of sounds like a relay or something
