School

Hey, Ive been round bikes but Ive only ever bought one my R-6. Been round dirt bikes but damn thier fun but I desire a lil more fun on the road not the dirt. But anyways I've done maintaince on my bike but only what I needed to inorder to fix the thing or tune it up but I've never got real technical with a broad of maintaince knowledge. I'm lookin in to goin to MMI(Motorcycle Mechanical Institute). Have any ya'll heard bout this place or other good places. I'm not askin names and shi* but like what youve personally heard bout places. Just want some outside the community input?

I'm about to go to MMI, in fact I'm leaving on the 6th. So far everyone I've talked to on the phone has been very helpful. It's also supposed to be the best place to learn the trade, anyway I'll find out when class starts.

That's cool man. I wish I had known about that school before I started attending Wyotech. I wish they had a motorcycle program here. Oh well I'll just have to be self taught I guess. Good luck and keep us up to date on your progress.

Which classes did you take?
Im lookin to go to learn from ppl you do it and start my own thing up. Im sayin i got a degree in bussiness management, and lookin for that knowledge to say i know. I got ppl for other things just need a mechanic So you think it would work out for this purpose after goin there?

i went thru the harley part and ive worked on all kinds of stuff beside m/c . it basically teaches you the basics if you go and work some where in the feild first and then opened a shop you could do alright
