99 Explorer codes PO171 & PO174

Hi I posted here about a month ago about getting an internitting codes for engine running to lean and got some good answers, I got an an Actron 9150 Scanner I purchase that gives some PID and frezze frame information.
With the last reply I check everything mentined by the last reply . The light was coming on about evry two or three hundred miles . S o I checked all the vacuum lines and cl;eaned the MAF sensor the light came back on in the usual manner then I cleared the codes after looking at the freeze frome data which showed a high posative correction at a low speed whe the light tripped . I tighten the intake manifold upper intake plenum . And did several other things as checking the EGR valve . The light didn't come on for 700 miles this time .
I noticed that the Air charge tempature on the scanner was several degrees higher than the outside tempature when it was cold in the freeze frame data .
Any Ideals were to go from here . I have also 22 inches of vacuum at idle too.
