Well thier all the oil pressure and knock sensors.

First of all, why do you feel you need to replace them, and which one exactly are you wanting to replace?

Its very easy to do, unscrew and unplug the old one, then screw the new one back in. Dont over tighten it, its an alloy block remember.

Get underneath the car and you head should be right about where the oil comes out when you do oil changes and also right about at where the CV joint is then just reach up and unplug and plug new one back in.
It's kinda a tight space so make room of it.

ok what happened was i pulled out the wires from the top one and dont know if it is ruined or if it has detachable wires other than this happening i would have just left them alone.

also i need to know how to install the distributor, well just how to line it up so it is firing right. and what company makes a distributor cap to have an external coil or even one to replace the old one because i had bought one for a 94 del sol (B16A3) and it does not fit. which car has the same distributor cap that i can buy.

lata

Crane and MSD both make replacement caps for external coils. I just installed my MSD ignition and actually used MSD's 'power tower' adapter. You just drill out the plug where the internal coil contacts and screw in this adapter for the coil wire to plug on to. Pretty slick. I found the most difficult task in the conversion was splicing the trigger and +12V switched wire under the cap into the control leads.

Good luck.
