Re: rev limit

Gotta find someone to chip your ECU.

I have a PM6 that rev limits at around 7300 and there is no speed limiter either.

Was the car all the way warmed up?

Other discussion: My PR3 shuts off at 120mph, wich I find to be plenty fast in a tin box.

Re: rev limit

yes car is all the way warmed up performed a test in a crx si the ecu let his car hit 7500rpms and put it back in mine only 6800 is their any sensors that could make this shut down early and from what i was told a pm6 has a 7500rpm rev limit i would be happy with a 7300rpm rev limit but it aint happening any help would be nice thanks

Re: rev limit

it's not like you make THAT much power by setting your rev limit higher - just more possibility of damaging the engine if not built properly
