Brakes same on 01 Cav as 91 Corsica?

A buddy has an 01 Cavalier that needs new brakes soon. But I also have a 91 Corsica that will junked that has only about 3000miiles on a brand new brake setup pads shoes rotors and drums.

Can I swap out the Corsica parts directly onto the Cavalier?

Re: Brakes same on 01 Cav as 91 Corsica?

go to where you got the brakes, ask for a set of 01 cavy brakes to compare too. if they match up perfectly, then yes. odds are they wont though... 10 years can do alot to the design of a car.
