17s are a little big, but if u like em get em,
if it was me, depending on the shape i'd get em and try to make a profit off em

i think they'd look aright with a nice drop, and about the drop, i cant afford full a coilover kit with the shocks and all so could i just buy the lowering springs then buy some shocks that can handle the drop better than the stock?

You would have trouble making as sharp a turn with 17's you'll probably rub. At the biggest i think a 16" and that would be about it, but if it we're me i'd stick to 15's just to be sure, depending on what kind of tire you have.

Re: 17" Enkei's on CRXSi? yes or no

there are a few people on here with 17"s and they look good but too big for me. I had coilovers on my stock struts and i dont recommend it, especially with how low i had it. You can get anything it wont kill your car to not have the best. When i redo my suspension im just getting eibach springs for it and im keeping my new stock struts that i put on it after my accident. As long as your not using stock struts with a 2 or more inch drop youll be fine. I had like a 3 inch drop...

When I got my crx I put my 17's from my accord on to it..it looked cool don't get me wrong. But I traded them for 14's within 4 months of owning the car.. Crxs are just happier with smaller rims I think

If it's what you want, you gotta go with what your heart desires. For me, 17in rims are too big for me. But something else to keep in mind is how it will effect the way your car accelerates aside from possible rubbing when you turn. When I had 17 on my hatch, I noticed a big difference on the freeway when I would floor it.

buy them and sell them for twice as much, but don't put them on your car

That's another reason I ditched my 17's...hmm let's see do I want a 25 pound rim or or a 12 pound rim..lol. I don't know how heavy those 17's you're looking at getting are.. but even most the "lightweight" 17's i've seen are usually 16-19 pounds
