gas mileage
I have a 96 Infiniti I30. I am getting 200 miles to a tank of gas. It that normal? If not, what could be causing abnormal gas consumption? I drive 60 miles a day two four days a week. Most of my driving is highway miles. I have 147K on odometer. Any/all suggestions are welcomed.

- Coilpacks cracked: clean, insulate with electronics lacquer or replace 100$ ea. - Knock Sensor bad: retards ign. Check KS test and/or bypass: http://www.cardomain.com/memberpage/748507/9 - Check all sensors, change filters, plugs. - Still 'some': http://www.cardomain.com/memberpage/748507/14 .

I also have an infiniti I-30 with 224,000 miles and I get about 390 miles per tank. I use only premimum gas, change the oil and rotate the tires regularly. It also helped when I installed a K & N air filter.
