Camber?

I've got 17" wheels on the way and a Tokico shock/spring kit that was just shipped yesterday. Will the rims + lowering of the car create camber? I need to know before I order a camber correction kit.

Re: Camber?

You will have to search on this one. I don't remember how much you can lower the car before you need a camber kit, but I know that I have seen it posted in the past.

Re: Camber?

Yes,this will ofset your camber, but it's not really camber that wears your tires, it's the toe combined with the camber that does. (almost an exact quote from Kevin. I seem to remember exactly what he says, yet the same doesn't go for my physics teacher..)

Re: Camber?

Alright...well even if I get around to ordering them this week, I'm taking a road trip to Oklahoma (3 hours from here) Friday of next week. Going there, driving around there, and then coming back won't wear out the tires too much will it?

Go here....

Everything you ever wanted to know about suspension. And next time, please search (like I advised in my first post). It only took me 60 sec to find the answer.
