Fujitsubo Exhaust VS GReddy, Apexi, HKS, RS-R Exhaust???

I found this site selling Fujitsubo exhaust for a very cheap price http://www.jdmautogames.com/search_mac_fujitsubo.html , Fujitsubo is the #1 Exhaust Manufacture in Japan. Which exhaust you guy recommend compare with Fujitsubo GReddy Apexi HKS RS-R???

I've got a RS*r and wouldn't consider it a direct competitor. It's more of an inexpensive upgrade IMO. I personally like the Fujitsubo and HKS, but they cost more than double. And if you look around, you will find the RS*r for about 700. I actually got mine for 600, but that was a "last in stock" hookup.

I have the Legalis R and love it, the sound (prior to TT) is incredible coupled with a y-pipe and test pipes it gave it an incredible sound at WOT. And those huge tips WOW.

The thing is that to get the same HP as the duals you will also have to get a y-pipe but I feel IMO that the single exhausts with a y-pipe are better than the duals for NA application the duals probably lose some low end power.

Does the Fujistubo exhaust sound good? I know its gonna be a little deeper, but is it very far off from original sound or, close to it? I love that original sound and I wanted something to sound close to the same, but with good power gains.

There is a cheaper price for the Fujitsubo exhaust here is you are set on it. Only 20 bucks less but that pays for a tank of gas.

It is very close to stock and you hear the difference (slightly deeper /louder) at wide open throttle above 3k rpm

Here is an updated pic, I need to pose the two together again for a newer picture for my sig.

westpak thanks for posting that front view pic. i've been wanting to see what the stock grill would look like with an intercooler behind it.

has anyone heard or used that black intercooler paint? when i get my tt i would like it to be hidden so i can hunt sti's and not let them know.

Oh, I dont mean to double post, but I had a question about your Nismo sway bars. Did you find a good difference? BTW, about the Fujitsubo headers. I hear they dont fit the US-Spec Zs. What are some other good headers?

The sways were a nice addition, it made steering a little more crisp and tight.

The Fujitsubo headers probably don't fit because they are made for right hand drive cars. I have heard good things about the DC headers, the Borla are cheap but from what I have heard not too good.
