sliding doors wont lock or unlock

ive tried to clean the metal heads on the slidding doors but i still cant seem to get the both sliding doors to work, and there is no keyhole for the back 2 doors, therefore have to go back to the stoned age and reach around and lock and unlock manually with our hand, and cant lock it with the power lock button on either side of the driver or passanger side door locks....FYI i dont have any type of autolock or anything. I hope i can get a responce thanks guys.

you tried cleaning the heads and plates, also did you do this on both sides?

hey thanks a million, i didnt do both sides and now i tried what you said and now they work thanks a million again
