Im new to the whole automotive world so i was wondering if i could get some help.

I recently took my jeep liberty sport 4x4 2005 mudding and i damaged the washer pump and now it needs replacing.

Is there anything i can buy that can protect the under side of the car to prevent this from happening again??

Re: protecting bottom of car?

If you are going to go off-road you should consider skid plates and tow hooks. The skid plates will protect the undercarriage and the tow hooks will be needed to pull you out. Also, make sure you don't go alone. Another 4x4 with you will prove invaluable if one gets stuck to tow the other out.
