accident in PA
i need some input on this one.
I was in an accident that was my fault. I have minimum coverage. My liability has covered all but about 400 dollars of his totalled car. The guy is being a jackass and harassing me over this 400 dollars. If I keep blowing him off and he gets a lawyer and takes me to court over it to get his 400 dollars, then will I be responsible for also paying his lawyer fee and court costs? I live in Pennsylvania. |

Re: accident in PA
you would be responsible for the court costs, but not his lawyer's cost (it probably wouldn't be worth it for him to get an attorney for $400 because of that)
