legal tint for pennsylvania

anybody know what the legal tint percentage is in pennsylvania?. i was told 35 but wasnt definite

o well.. too late now.. ha. the po around here arent strict about that .. a few of my friends hat 15% and some hvae 5% on the rear but nobody gives them shit.. i stuck with 35% to stay on the safe side

I was told that you are not allowed to have ANY tint, unless it came stock that way. I have 35% and have never had a problem with it in Pa. What area so you live in? I am In the hershey area
