1998 Chrysler Sebring LXi Coupe stalls at low speed.

I just bought this car today. I drove it 70 miles home and it drove like a new car. Then I went to make a quick run to radio shack and it stalled in the parking lot going a low speed. The car just stopped lights and everything were still on but no go. I pulled it over and tried to restart and nothing. 30 minutes later I tried again and it started. Drove it home. Does this sound like the crank shaft sensor problem others have had? If so how much does this cost to fix? Part + Labor? Online parts store?

Also as a side note I am also hearing a slight whinning sound in the car when it is going low speeds or parked. Anyone know what that is? Had this car maybe 4 hours. Thanks please leave any feedback you can
