yep today going to work i crashed my G. i was comming out of a turn into an intersection which had a green light. so im commin out of the turn and all of a sudden i see a white van crossing the road to go into the shopping center next to me. i nail my brakes but it was too late the front right side of my car is wrecked. the hood crumpled up and the grill, light and fender are done. luckily the air bags didnt come out b/c that woulda been even more money. the other guy was at fault and hes gonna have to pay for it all. now i have nothin to drive and im sittin here waitin for someone to pick me up for work. this sux. at least im ok

At least you're okay, the car can always be fixed or replaced. I guess the van driver is an idiot for cutting in like that. I say the same thing that Poppy said. Have a trusted auto body shop jack up the cost of the repairs so you can get extra stuff put on the car. I've done it and man, it was so worth it. Unfortunately, I spent the money before I thought of modding.

Be really careful with the money that they put down, becuase if it totals I think 60-70% of the value of the car, they'll total it...and I'll tell you I have a 93.5 and I just got my front end fixed from a 10mph head-on crash, and the body shop estimated at like $5400 to fix with new parts...now the car i think blue book is only worth uhhh 7k or something soo...but at least your lucky that hes paying...i had to pay out of pocket for mine cuz I couldnt afford getting insurance rates (yah it was my fault)...good luck!

Hey if you end up selling that G as is I`ll gladly pick it up...for that matter if anyone else here has a banged up G they wanna get rid of lemme know. I found these cars easy to put back together.

Please don't do that. It's not only illegal, but it's dishonorable and immoral as well.

Also, if you are so inclined, it's not such a great idea to be posting about doing something illegal like that on a public forum.

hey guys thanx for all the support. hopefully its not totaled b/c my friends dad owns an autobody shiop so he can screw the guy over with the estimate so i can get some other stuff outta it. nothin major jus a Lamborghini orange paintjob. then im gonna sell it to my friend so i can buy one thats a 5speed.
