relays on mercury tracer, for air conditioning

I've had 3 people look at my air conditioning system in my tracer. The compressor wont kick on and pull in any freon. No one can tell where the relays are to try to fix this. Any help would be appreciated.

Have you checked the fuses, and all the electical connections to the compressor?

Does it cycle (click) rapidly when you turn the AC on?
