Surcharge on Yukon XL?
hmmm... i couldnt find the whole story so could anyone tell me in just few words what is this fuzz about?
Are there any legal problems with Hummer H2, Cadillac Escalade ESV, Lincoln Navigator and the GMC Yukon XL? (I have only seen the news headlines here gmc news archive for 05-02-16)

ok, i managed to open the whole article. Its not about any legal problems. Maryland SUV owners will have to pay $750 dollars more each year :-) bad news...
