My wife's Accord heater never really puts out hot air, eventhough the engine is warmed up. While driving the heater actually puts out cold sometimes, then switches back to warm. Is this a vacum problem, or just the climate controls?

Re: 00 Accord Heater Cold Air
After the car heats up. feel the inlet and outlet hose to the heater. They should both be hot. If not, check the heater valve.
