Brake light problem

Heres a kicker whenever its cold out my brake light stays on till it warms up dosen,t matter if the emerg brake is applied or not when it warm out no problem anyone ever exp this and remedy? its a 2000 Thanks

my Brake light was on last winter and after 15-20 min of running it would go off, turns out i was low on brake fluid. Maybe u should check out your brake fluid.
