hey hey,
I've been having a problem with my sunbird, yet again. It seems that it won't turn over, to start. But, there are new spark plugs, gas, everythings' okay. When i turn the ignition the manifold makes popping sounds like it wants to turn over but just can't. And then it floods. So, I have to let it sit for a long time. I have pressed on the gas pedal, manually taken out each spark plugs re-seat them...and so on. Has this problem ever happened to anyone, and how can you....'un-flood' a ponitac sunbird??? Everything in block is new....i just don't get it. |

Have you tried replacing the coil pack? They are like 17 bucks at Auto zone.
