Unhappy engine issue

Hello,

Has anybody ever had this problem:

I have a Toyota Rav4 L 1999 and what's happening is when i start the car it starts but as soon as i do that it almosts shuts off. It feels like not enough gas is getting through, Basically once i give it gas it stops shaking. I have replaced the gas filter and the air filter.

Please advise

Any helps or thoughts would be appreciated

Have the idle speed control valve checked. It may need cleaning. It's supposed to make the engine go into fast idle after a cold start.

Unhappy

ok the pcv valve did not do the trick, i had a mechanic rip and clean out the idle speed control valve. That fixed it but now i have a check engine light.

Anybody's help is appreciated.

Thanks
