66 Fairlane

Hello to all, I'm new here and just got back into building after a little time off, about 20 years, a wife and 2 kids ago to be exact. Heres some pics of a 66 Fairlane that I finished.

Re: 66 Fairlane

Ach! I've been looking for a dual-carb aircleaner like that! Did it come with the kit? Please, please tell me that's so.

Otherwise, great build.... some better lighting would help to do it justice, however.

The air cleaner did come with the kit, the kit is from AMT, found it while shopping at the local Long's Drugstore here in Fremont, Ca.
I'll get some outside shots posted tomorrow.

His kit is the Fairlane 427. It comes with the dual carb 427 and the ram air hood. Also has the steel rims with dog dish hubcaps.

Hey good job! Where'd the shock tower braces go?

p.s. Are you bringing that to NNL West this weekend?

These kits don`t come with shock tower braces like they sould. I used the shock tower braces off a 67 mustang kit.
