reality check
just wanna put my 2 bob in
anyone who wants to see "serious" street racers...go to the drags... and unfortunetly you wont see a turbo win..let alone it getting up the strip 2 or 3 times..simple mods like changing intercoolers or airfilters wont hold the motor together long when increasing boost most of my mates have been there and done that with bolt on bits couple of fangs later the old turbo is limpin home..if your buildin a turbo do it properly..strengthen the motor..a mate of mine spent 12 grand on the motor before upgrading the turbo..its an 11 sec r33 gts-t..he also learnt the hard way..pop goes the piston!!!!!!!!!!!! at the end of the day a 350 chev or 351 clevo on the drag strip will race all day and smash just about any turbo dont get me wrong turbo's are awesome little cars but they dont have what it takes to go the distance all i can say is wait til ya see a 400 small block in a torana..9 seconds later..street registered..thanks for comin..if u wanna see cornering go to the rally's

What on Earth are you going on about? A few of your mates didn't take care of their cars, and so that means turbos automatically lose. Right. When you run into a properly built turbo motor, you'll know.

And I don't think it is possible to spend $12,000 on a motor... With a STOCK TURBO.

Unfortunately... Yes, people who act like this on the internet do exist in real life. Horrible... I know. But if it is one thing that Humanity has shown us, God doesnt make everything with a fully functional brain.
Typically they are made somewhere between 'Bum-Fuck' and 'You-Gotta-Pretty-Mouth' USA... The exact location is difficult to pin point. Believe me, if we could locate these breeding grounds, we would have destroyed the nest long ago. I would like my money now  -Wes
