if you havent taken apart a dash before, start by getting some super glue and some duck tape and a hot glue gun.

I have a 98 bird and once when i was fooling around i took out my cluster. I cant remember exactly how to do it. My car is put away for the winter but it is due for a wash and wax job so if i get around to it tomorrow i will look and see if i can remember how to do it...if i remember right it wasnt as hard as the other 2 replies have made it sound....but i could be wrong
