If you are going to have people sitting behind either front seat, I'd highly recommend fabricating some type of guard or protector to protect the wires leading to the amps. Positioned as they are, they will constantly get kicked otherwise.

Ditto on the exposed wires. I never leave wires exposed. Also, you'll get better bass responce if you have the subs facing to the rear. Not sure what the smaller speakers were with them. If they're all on the same channel(s) that's gotta be a bitch to tune. Oh, if you reverse the position of the subs, you'll have to wire them out of phase of those smaller speakers or the frequencies may tend to cancel themselves out.
