Hello AF enthusiasts!
We have a great announcement to make today. In AutomotiveForums.com's 3 months of existence, the site has grown to a size larger than we have ever anticipated, and at a tremendous pace, we continue to grow everyday. This early success has given us a lot of confidence, and thus we have decided to give our loyal visitors more. We are currently working on AutomotiveArticles.com. The site will focus on the latest auto news and will be a database of dozens of articles [not in the beginning though ] AF and AA will be working together to give you the best experience, you will be able to read the articles on AA, and then discuss them on AF, which will be one click away. We are very excited about this expansion, and are working late hours to launch the site as soon as possible. AutomotiveArticles.com will debut very soon, though we can not tell you an exact date. Now, here's a message from AutomotiveArticles.com's new Editor-In- Chief, Mike Cervantes. ---- Hello everyone, I just wanted to introduce myself to all of you at AF. Igor and I are working extremely hard to prepare the new AutomotiveArticles.com. We are focused on delivering the best automotive news and features in a modern, no-holds barred fashion. This won't be your average auto news site, rather we want to create a site dedicated to informing enthusiasts and entertaining them at the same time. As mentioned above, a very important aspect of AutomotiveArticles.com is our partnership with AF. Everyone at AF will get the chance to read the news and then speak their minds. AA will be heavily based on interaction with enthusiasts and count on your support to make this site great. So stay tuned, we're just getting started! ---- If you have any questions or comments, send 'em our way. Or you can discuss it HERE Thanks, Igor Sushko AutomotiveForums.com AutomotiveArticles.com Webmaster Mike Cervantes AutomotiveArticles.com Editor-In-Chief

That sounds like it's gonna be hella cool once it's done. I hope it's not long.

I think its a good idea, but I will probably go there for the grandopening and that will be the only time I go there. Cause I hate to read a whole lot of stuff, thats why I get Autoweek and R&T cause thats all the reading I can handle.

I get Autoweek and Road & Track as well, plus Car and Driver, Motor Trend, Max Power, and Sport Compact Car. I'll probably go there a lot, because I can never get enough good reading material about cars.

I also like the Idea but using the name "AA" for short sounds too much like something else....

That's the exact reason why we chose to call it AA

i think its a really good idea. one thing though, i would rather it be not like r & t or c & d. they seem only to talk about the positives and not the negative sides. i think it should talk about both sides of the cars if possible.
