A Rare Find at Hobby Lobby??

I found this, covered in dust, at Hobby Lobby. It was in the clearance bin, marked 6.99.

I just had to get it. I never even knew AMT made things like these.

Sweet find. I use to love 1999, they had the best phasers. The Eagle ships were awesome, a company made a model of them that was very good but I foget who, I had a diecast one.

Re: A Rare Find at Hobby Lobby??

I think I didn't miss a single show when it was on TV here in Sweden...even built the Airfix Eagle at that time, early-mid seventies. Not many parts but it was quite big when finished. Even constructed my own from LEGO

Nice catch!

Re: A Rare Find at Hobby Lobby??

Am I not allowed to buy a kit because I like the looks of it, or wanted to take on the challenge of building something like this before? I didn't know I needed clarification to buy a model.

Re: A Rare Find at Hobby Lobby??

yeah, I just looked at what I had written... I just got home from a nice 13 hour shift of dealing with drunks, idiots, and mentals....

Rally, didn't mean to come off like a prick, I just took your comment the wrong way I suppose.

Its true, that I didn't know it was a show, but I loved the kit, and it was dirt cheap, and so I decided to give it a try. I was never much into watching Sci Fi shows, except Buck Rogers, and the Star Trek Series.
