Missfiring 3.8 mustang

Having replaced the original engine 1,000 miles ago, with one that has 50000 miles, we have multiple missfires. This ia according to the guy at autozone that read the check engine codes. The plugs are new. Although I havn't checked them out yet.

I would need those engine codes.....and two, make sure you have the wires going in the correct location.......
