windows

the other day my power windows rolled down 6 inches stuck there for a hr or so then they rolled up and now nothing i ripped it apart and the tester showed power everywhere there seems no reason why they should not work help i hate driving with my wnds up

Power window motors seem to have a problem with cold weather, had the same problem with my Van windows. The brushes in the motor don't make contact with the armature. You can replace the motors, or do like I did- take the motor apart, replace the brushes, but coat the outer edges of the brush with silicone grease so they slide in the holder better.
