Question emission testing

I have a 96 3.0 with 341,000 miles. Ya I know it's high but the thing runs great. I can't seem to pass the Mass emission test. I get codes for the evaporator system and cylinder 6 misfire. I just had it worked on and they put in a coil kit, engine cleaner stuff but they wouldn't garrantee I would pass. They wont grant me a waiver cause of these 2 codes and I've been trying since July's first inspection try. I had 5 error codes and now I'm down to these two codes. I found out also that my check engine lite bulb is burnt out. Maybe that's why it hasn't come on!! Any wizards out there help with a cure. Would replacing the buld help any? The truck still has many more miles and looks good too. Thanks
