Is Your Car A lemon?

If it has been in the shop more than 4 times for the same concern and is still under warranty or out of commission for 30 days it probably is a lemon by law. Post your questions, get advice, post lemon car stories and get assistance with your situation.

i bought my van brand new from herb chambers ford in braintree mass dec 03 i complained about rear diff noise and idle and vibration they said no problem long story short at 1.100 miles went to lucini ford who found bent axle and metal shavings in diff also along with re bal tires and install steering damper took 3 weeks for axle from ford they said its not AVAILABLE great ok so i got it back doing same went to PAUL CLARK FORD BROCKTON MASS they said the diff was never touched and the clunking noise is the tires they had for a week and on top of it all HERB CHAMBERS FORD IN BRAINTREE MASS refuses to fix hows that for a new FORD E350 SUPERDUTY 30.000 DOLLAR PIECE OF SHT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! REMIND ME TO BUY A NEW FORD AGAIN NOT nick merolli

my girlfriend had a 02 grand am. She put less than 7,000 miles on it and it was in the shop 8 or 9 times before she got a new car from it being a lemon. what they did on it was ALL new computer, Turk converter, and a lot of things with the electrical I thenk, was more but do not remember now.
she has a 04 sunfier now and seams happy with it

I too live here in mass. and have heard some nasty things about Herb Chambers. That is pretty bad, though

my oldsmobile was in the shop every other week, almost all of the times was because my window had stopped working, went thru 3 switchs and 4 motors jus in the drivers door, it was a POS.

Mass auto dealers

hey,i;m from Worcester,ma. and your right herb chembers,duddie diamond are rip offs,my friend got a 2005 truck with a 2003 trade in and he owes 22,000 dollars and the truck was on sale for 18,000.I:d rather buy from a small dealer and one who warrentys it. Dave
