Re: fram air hog air filters

im sure it works fine but i'd still go K&N since they are proven to have great airflow

Re: fram air hog air filters

what does being hard have to do with anything??? look at screen, its hard, but it will flow more than any air filter cus the holes are bigger. Id say that K&N or Air Hog filters are probly on par with each other.

Re: fram air hog air filters

Bigger holes = less filtering..... so you would be sacrificing filtration for more airflow.... I still say k&n all the way...

Re: fram air hog air filters

I think your both wrong. I say go ghetto fab style. take out your old air filter. Take a shoprite plastic bag, duct tape and a hole punch and you just saved yourself 24.95-59.99. (if your thinking of taking my advice please rethink about ever working on your vehicle again, Also how much power are we talking about here .1-1 Horsepower difference and both will filter just fine)

You think too much. How long before I have to re-oil my filter is not something that keeps me up at night thinking did I make the right choice filter wise. Its a air filter as long as it didn't come filled with sand or with a giant hole in the middle, I can be happy with my choice.

Oh OK since your curious take how long 89 is good for in bed multiply that number times 1 Trillion and that should give you a good idea.
