94 Quest, pressure out of fuel pump and dash button

Hello folks, i have a 94 quest.
I have 2 issues, the first is i need to know what pressure is coming out of the fuel pump so i can measure and see, having some issues because the fuel filter was a bit clogged..
Second issue, the "power et" button, is always on and i cannot turn it off, i'm not even sure what it does.. does it change the engine mode from regular to "tow" mode or something..
