94 S-Blazer mod questions/fuel reg.

I just bought a 94 blazer 4x4 yesterday, it is in great condition but I want to start doing the performance mods right away. I want to start with the K&N filter kit, msd iginition, 8 mm wires, hotter plugs and a flowmaster. But I would like to know if you guys/gals can tell me of some good mail order sights for blazers, see I am stationed in Germany right now and have to do the mail order route. Also, has anyone had any problems with the fuel pump or regulator, I have been on a few other sights and they say the strong fuel smell coming from the exhaust is due to one of the two afore mentioned problems. Something about the diaprahm being messed up. One more thing how is the 4 wheel system on these? I will be putting ranchos on it as well, or is something else better? I have used ranchos before but they have al been on vehicles with 35 inch tires or bigger, I only plan on going with a 32 or 33 inch tire on this. Anymore tips would be much appriciated!
