Angry Bloated.....

I hate this, every once in a while, i'll get EXTREMELY BLOATED. No joke, to the point where i have to just sit down, and let it disipate (about 2 hours). I get so bloated that it feels like i ate a 5 course meal, and my breathing is impaired.

Lol, last night i hade a peanut butter sandwich, with a BIG GLASS of whole milk. That was the killer, then i went to sleep when i was FULL. I woke up today, feeling like i just ran a marathon because of the impaired breathing.

Anyway, for the past couple years i thought i had sleep apnea, apnea, ahsma, heart trouble.... nope, just bad bloating.. I get this like once a month. Usually if i eat a whole bunch of food that really don't mix well.

BTW, what do you recomend for this.. i like the chewable tablets, or even those fizzy-up-the-water meds, like alka selzer or brioshi, any recomendations..?

Ive heard that men can have those "monthly problems" as well just not the bleeding of course and not nearly as severe. I saw an article somewhere that said something about it being phycosematic (sp) If your wife/ Gf isnt feeling good its possible for you to feel the same symptoms. Ive never had those problems before so I dont know what to tell you, all I do know is ive heard of it happening to guys before.

Try those tylenol for menstral pains perhaps?

I agree.
Your first post sounds a lot like lactose intolerance.
Lay off the milk and milk products, and see a doctor!!

Go to your doctor and have a full allergy test done. Avoid anything that you come out allergic to. Simple.

Stop eating late at night. If your like me and you stay up late you will eventually get used to it. I remember reading it somewhere and discussing in psychology. Usually it is a chemical in balance usually caused by depression, stress, or anxiety.

Re: Bloated.....

No more milk here please :-(

I spoke to a friend who is lactose intolerent, he described EXACTLY what i experiance. AND i looked up what are the most "gassy" foods, and it said the following..out of like alot more..

Peanut Butter
Milk
Juice/Fruit Juice

Lol, the night before i had peanut butter on bread, alot of peanut butter, about 12 ounces of milk.. THEN i remember the dinner i had before the peanut butter sandwich and milk, pizza with FRUIT PUNCH.....AAAAHAHHHHHHH.

Lol, oh i definetly get PMS once a month, and i'm a guy... :-) I usually wind up grabbing tools and start throwing them around for no real reason..

Re: Bloated.....

one thing i found, is if i eat before I go to bed, that's the fucker.

but, eating can make me tired, like after a big meal all I want to do is lay down and go to sleep.

I've eaten an entire pizza, then gone to bed, hmm not a good idea
