I recently replaced my pads and rotors, struts, and tires. (not all at the same time.) On occasion, when I brake, I hear a rubbing sound kinda like a low growl from my front end. It seems to be worst when I at almost at a stop, and has been doing it since before the new tires and struts. I pulled the front tires yesterday, pads and rotors look fine. Any one else ever had this problem? Thx in advance for any info!

Re: 95 T&C scrubbing sound from brakes.
I too have a similar problem and I believe I have isolated it to being a bad wheel bearing/hub. I will be replacing it as soon as the parts arrive but you might want to have that checked.
