***oil Leaks Everywhere Someone Please Help***

ok here are the problems. there is a slight leak coming between the oil filter and the block, i tightened the oil filter but still leaking.it doesnt look like it is coming from the hose line coming out from the oil filter unit it looks like it is coming out right in between the block and the unit. the next leak i have no clue because it looks like it is coming from the crankshaft cover.the leaks just keeps drippinng from the cover.i havent had time to open it up and take a look.and then the next was the oil pan drain bolt but i got that re-threaded but i didnt have hondabond to put on the pan so i used that bead-n-seal (jv6) but for some reason it looks like it is leaking from the pan to. do i need to re-apply hondabond on it.some please help me out thanks

recently i had a problem with a burning oil smell coming inside of the car with the heat on. No visible leak was apparant. I took it to the shop they replaced the valve cover gasket, some spark plug gaskets and some other gaskets in under the cover. That fixed the problem and cost under 100 bucks. Hopefully this helps a little.

This is kind of a shot on the dark buuut....you said you tightened the oil filter. If you tighten them too much, the small rubber seal can become pinched, and the oil will leak. My dad did this once quite some time ago. Make sure you only tighten it hand tight.

don't forget that when you are installing the filter, get some new oil and put it on the seal before you put it on

yes there is an o ring between your oil cooler and block. as for the side, just hope that it's not leaking from your oil pump because its a bitch to try to properly reseal the oil pump. if you need an illustration of the assembly let me know. i'll send it to you via email.
