Denso Iridium Power Spark Plugs

has anyone tried these? i found a website saying it gives 5whp to a n/a 4 cylinder and I was wondering if there is any truth to it because they only cost about 20$ including shipping... anyone who has tried them have advantages or disadvantages?

Re: Denso Iridium Power Spark Plugs

iridium is a much more dense metal than copper which means it can carry more amps which in turn means more power to the spark. its producing the extra amp need thats the problem. run the spark plugs with hot wires spark plug wire or with bigger guage wires. it may or may not give you any hp... depends on other mods you have on the engine. dont forget how well your air/fuel mixture is running.
