Power-Steering Leaks

My power-steering fluid is leaking and when I refilled it, I was able to see the fluid that was already in the car and it was all foamy and brown (really nasty). It's leaking all over the place and whenever I steer, the car makes this light humming that gets worse and worse when there is less and less fluid (I found that out the hard way). I'm so disappointed, just when I got the car really running well, something else breaks. This car just doesn't seem to be very dependable anymore.
