Type R ownz j00000!!!1!!!

Ya ever have any of thsoe kills that just make ya laugh the entire night. Tonight, we did.

Me and my bud were drivin to a club in Dallas in the Lexus ES300 Type R. I have a thing about taking Cassie to Deep Elum, and we had an agreement that he'd drive. It was my 'birthday party' (I turned 20 at midnight. Wahoo), and we decided to go to a club and just have fun for a few hours. Anyway, we're cruisin over to starbucks before hand so I can meet up with some other friends who wanna say happy birthday, but couldnt go to Dallas with us.

Anyways, we're going down a two lane road that has a few lights, and at one of the lights, a Tiberon with an exhaust turns, and almost nails us. I glance over at it, and the dirver is your average teenage punk. Leaning back in the seat, New York Yankees hat sideways, one hand on the wheel, and obnoxious rap blaring out the open windows. He's with a buddy whose dressed similarly. At this point, I'm reminded of a saying I once heard. "Wearing your hat sideways, with your jeans around your knees, and listening to Wu Tang, does not make you a hard ass." Me being the prick I am, just start laughing, and point him out to my friend.

Anyways, we end up at a red light, and we have our windows down, blasting obnoxious techno to drown out his obnoxious rap. My friend pops it in nuetral, and revs it a few times. The guy in the Tib does back, and by now I cant stop laughing. My friend drops it down into to first (auto), and when the light goes green, my friend and the tib guy both punch it. We take off, and hold him till my friend pushes it up into second where we put about half a length on him, then takes off overdrive and shifts it into D. We bring it up to 75, and hold him at about a car length. When we let off, he goes for the ricer fly by, and I lean out the window and shout as loud as I can as he goes by "TYPE OWNS YOU!!!", while holding out my Red Sox hat just to add insult to injury. As he gets even with my friend, he punches it again, and we slowly pull away. He hops on teh highway (not even a thumbs up...) and we pull of into starbucks, laughing our asses off. Final score, Type R Lexus ES300-1, Tiberon piloted by tru thug-0. Now those are fun times.

Cliff Notes...READ! Thats why you are here. To read. So do it.

Happy B-day Cassiesman. Fun kill. Good story. Personally, I hate techno. Last time I went to a club, they played techno all night long. Funny thing was, most songs have the same exact beat to them. Anyway, sorry off topic. Late...

Re: Type R ownz j00000!!!1!!!

LOL, I had a similiar encounter last year in the Camaro, coming from VA Beach. Some kid wearing his NYC Cap side ways, driving a 94/95 Thunderbird (OMG, OMG!) Anyways, we were crusing next to each other, and hes trying to stare me down, while i try not to laugh my ass of. When I look back over, i see his car take a nose dive, and fall way behind (He downshifted going a good 80, and from the length he fell back/how far his car dove, he must have shifted down to SECOND! (As if the 4R70W's werent bad enough!) Although, its not hard for that too happen. I'm used to the camaro auto. It goes 1, 2, D (3), OD (4). In the Thunderbirds it goes 1, 2, D, and a button for OD. PITA when you wanna do a freeway run, and only need to downshift 1 gear!

Re: Type R ownz j00000!!!1!!!

Street Racer 00-Very true. But with us it was obnoxious DJ Darkzone. Lol. Anyways, if anyones wondering, the only mod on the Type R is the home made intake-Take your standard air box, drop in a K&N, then cut off the lower half of the airbox.

I'll tell you, the day we put a Type R sticker on that car, we got double the races we normally got.
