Seat Belt Safety Dash Light

Hi Every one,
I'm having a problem with my 90 Honda Accord LX Sedan; The Seat Belt Safety Light located on the Dash in always blinking and beeping sound is consently on. Does anyone know how to solve this problem... Thanx...
