92 Speedometer Dropped, Car Stopped

Help!!! I Was Driving On The Highway And All Of A Sudden My Rpms Dropped To 0, Speedometer Dropped To 0. Car Started Loosing Speed And Finally Cut Off. I Had Just Put A New Timing Belt, Battery, And Alternator In The Car That Day. I Tried Cranking, It Had Power But It Would Not Turn Over. I Also Had A Full Tank Of Gas. I Don't Know What To Do......... Any Suggestions???

Same thing happened to me about 3 weeks ago. Its called your electronic ignition switch. Can be bought at Autozone for like $50.
