my 90 dynasty had been running on the hot side well today it finally overheated.i refilled the radiator after it cooled down when i started it water was bubbling out and the motor was running rough noticible smoke coming out of tailpipe. how much of a project is it to remove the heads on this beast. thanks for any help

assuming you have the 3.0 V6, it's not too bad. You'll need to take off your timing belt, intake manifold has gotta come off, you can get by leaving the exhaust manifold on each head, just make sure you disconnect the crossover pipe from the front head and the exhaust pipe from the rear head. Take off your distributor and once you have all the major stuff out, remove the bolts in the reverse of tightening sequence. On the front head, one of the bolts is a 10mm hex head bolt, be careful when trying to remove that one, if it's stuck on there it's REALLY EASY to strip it out and you'll have a heck of a time to take it out.
